Customer Reviews
Worth the investment, got a deal
I was looking for a bike that wouldn't hurt my back and found Day6bikes. I picked up the Journey model during their Father's Day sale, which saved me a decent amount – about $200 off the regular price. It was a big purchase for me, so I was really focused on getting the best value. The bike arrived well-packaged, and the comfort level is exactly what I needed. It felt like a significant investment, but with the discount, it was definitely worth it for the relief it provides during my rides. The shipping was standard, nothing amazing but not too long.
Absolutely love my new E-bike!
Oh my goodness, I am so happy with my Electric Samson! It's an absolute dream to ride. I haven't been able to bike comfortably in years due to knee issues, but this bike has changed everything. The motor is powerful and the seat is incredibly comfortable. I've already told all my friends about it. I'm definitely buying another one for my husband soon!
Good bike, delivery was slow
I bought the Day 6 Dream a few weeks ago, mostly for comfortable neighborhood rides. The bike itself is very well-built and the backrest really does make a difference for my lower back. Assembly was straightforward enough. My one issue was the shipping; it took 12 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long for a bike purchase. I also thought the custom pedals could be a little more robust for the price. Overall, a solid product, but they could improve on delivery times.
Consistent quality as always
This was my third purchase from Day6, an Electric Patriot this time. I've owned a standard Samson and a Dream before. What keeps me coming back is the consistent quality and comfort. The Electric Patriot is just as well-made as my previous bikes, and the motor on this one is really smooth. I appreciate that they maintain their standards. My only minor comment would be that I wish they'd offer a few more color options, but that's a small thing. They're reliable.
Nice bike, comfy seat
I just got the Day 6 Patriot. It's a nice bike. The seat is super comfy, which was the main thing I was looking for. No back pain after my first long ride. Shipping was fine, took about a week to get to my place. Everything seems good.

How long does shipping usually take for a full bike? I'm in California and hoping to get it before my vacation next month.
Can you actually test ride these anywhere? Or is it all online ordering?
what's their return policy like? just in case it doesn't work out for me.
Are there any promo codes floating around? Trying to get a little discount on the E-Samson.
Hey, thinking about getting a Day 6 bike. I have some pretty bad back issues, so the backrest sounds amazing. Are they actually good for back pain, or is it just marketing?
